This site is optimized for Microsoft's Internet Explorer v6.x and higher.  It has also been tested with Firefox v2.x and higher.  There will be some differences between the 2 browsers, but they are mostly cosmetic.

For best viewing your monitor resolution should be 1024x768x24bit color or higher.  At the higher resolution you will have more screen space and there will be less chance of text and tables wrapping on the web pages.  At a resolution of 800x600 the web site should be viewable without having to scroll horizontally.  However, if your color depth is less than 24 bit, you might notice some discrepancies in the colors of the images used.  This is to be expected.
